• How do I check availability and book the studio?
You can check availability on our online calendar and make your booking directly via the BOOKING page.• What are the booking options?
We offer sessions from 2 to 8 hours. For early access or after-hours bookings, please get in touch. Full pricing is listed on the booking page.• Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes. The minimum booking duration is 2 hours.• Can I extend my session on the day?
Yes, if the studio is available. Please contact us during your session to request an extension. An $80 overtime fee applies per hour or part thereof if your session runs more than 10 minutes past your booking time.• Can we arrive early to set up?
All bookings start at the scheduled time. If you need extra time to set up, please include it in your booking or contact us in advance to arrange early access. Additional charges apply.• Will I be sharing the studio with anyone?
No. All bookings are private. When you book the studio, you have exclusive access to the entire space for the duration of your session.• How many people are included in a booking?
Bookings include up to 15 people. For groups of more than 15, additional fees apply. Please contact us to confirm pricing before booking. -
• What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit card payments. Full payment is required at the time of booking.• Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
We don’t offer refunds for cancellations, but studio credit is available if you reschedule at least 5 days in advance. Bookings may be rescheduled once, and credit is valid for 30 days from the original booking date.• Can I reduce the length of my booking after it's confirmed?
We don’t offer refunds for shortened sessions. However, if you let us know at least 5 days in advance, we may be able to offer studio credit for the unused time. -
• What equipment is included in my booking?
Your booking includes studio lighting, C-Stands, softboxes, and a selection of props and furniture. For full details on the lighting included with your booking, please see the Lighting Options section below.• Can I bring my own equipment?
Absolutely. You're welcome to bring your own gear. We also offer additional equipment for hire if needed.• Can I hire additional lighting or equipment?
Yes. Additional lighting and equipment beyond what is included with your booking may be available for hire. We recommend arranging any additional equipment in advance, as availability and access cannot be guaranteed on the day. Additional hire fees apply.• Is three-phase power available?
Yes. Three-phase power with a distribution unit and extension lead is available for suitable production equipment. Please contact us in advance if you require access for your booking.• Does my booking time include setup and pack-down?
Yes. All setup, pack-down, equipment changes and studio reset must be completed within your booked time. -
• What lighting options are available?
Your booking includes 2× Godox FV200 Hybrid Lights (Strobe + Continuous LED), 2× 120cm softboxes, and 2× Godox QT600IIIM Studio Strobes.• How is the studio lighting set up?
The FV200 Hybrid Lights are our standard setup and are kept on the stands with the 120cm softboxes attached. The more powerful QT600IIIM strobes are also available and can be swapped over during your booking if required.Please return the lighting to the standard hybrid setup at the end of your session.
• Can I change the lighting setup during my booking?
Yes. You’re welcome to change between the included lighting options during your session. Any setup changes and pack-down must be completed within your booked time.Alternative lighting configurations are not pre-set for individual bookings.
• Do I need to bring my own trigger?
Godox wireless triggers are available for Canon, Nikon and Sony. Other camera brands will need to bring their own compatible Godox trigger.• Can I use natural light in the studio?
Yes. The studio features a large roller door, windows and a skylight, allowing for ample natural light throughout the day. Lighting conditions may vary depending on the time of day and weather. -
• What props and furniture are available?
We offer a range of styling props, including couches, chairs, stools, plinths and side tables. You’re welcome to move items around during your booking. Please return them to their original position before leaving.• Can I bring my own furniture or set pieces?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own furniture or styling items. Just let us know in advance. You’ll be responsible for making sure they don’t damage the studio space, furniture or floors during transport or use. -
• What are the studio’s operating hours?
Monday to Friday: 7:00am–5:30pm
Weekends: 7:00am–5:30pm
Early or late access may be arranged on request.• Is parking available?
Yes. We provide 3 private parking bays directly in front of the studio. Additional parking may be available on weekends. Please drive no more than 12 km/h within the complex and do not block any neighbouring roller doors at any time.• Can I load and unload equipment at the studio?
Yes. Equipment, props and set pieces can be loaded and unloaded at the studio. Please make sure access ways and neighbouring roller doors remain clear at all times. -
• What can the studio be used for?
The space is suitable for photography, videography, content creation and productions.• Are there any content restrictions?
Tasteful boudoir photography is welcome. However, explicit nudity or sexual content is not permitted.• What events are not allowed?
We do not host adult-themed gatherings such as ‘Swipe-and-Meet’ events, ‘Fast-Track’ dating events or Public Voice interviews. -
• What facilities are available?
The studio includes a makeup station, styling room, clothing steamer, and clothing rack (please note: hangers are no longer supplied, so you’ll need to bring your own). There are also two lounge areas (one on the main floor and one upstairs), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth audio, a kitchenette and shower facilities.The studio is equipped with an air cooling system to help maintain a comfortable environment throughout the space.

• Can I bring food and drinks?
Yes — you're welcome to bring your own. Please clean up after yourself and be mindful when handling food or drinks around furniture and equipment. -
• Are pets allowed in the studio?
We love animals, but pets are not permitted unless pre-approved. This helps us protect the studio’s equipment and furnishings.

• What rules should I follow in the studio?
Treat all furniture and equipment with care. Your setup and pack-down must be completed within your booked time. Do not step on the curved section of the cyclorama. Please leave the space clean and tidy when you’re done.• What safety measures are in place?
The studio is equipped with emergency exits, safety equipment, and CCTV throughout the space. Vehicles must drive at 12 km/h or less within the complex.• Where can I read the full rules and terms?
