Studio Use

  • Treat the studio, furniture, and props with care. Avoid dragging furniture to prevent damage.

  • Certain items are positioned intentionally to enhance your session — please avoid relocating these unless necessary, and return all items to their original position before leaving.

  • The studio must be left clean and tidy. A $100 cleaning fee will apply if additional cleaning is required.

  • You are responsible for any damage or breakage to our furniture or props. Charges for repair or replacement will apply.

Equipment Use

  • Equipment provided by the S7UDIO must be used only as intended and handled with care.

  • You are responsible for any damage to equipment during your session. Charges for repair or replacement will apply.

  • All equipment must be returned in the same condition it was provided.

Cyclorama Use

  • If using the cyclorama, wear the provided blue or white socks to minimise marks and preserve the surface.

  • Do not step on the curved area of the cyclorama. Breakage will incur a minimum $300 repair fee.

Content and Event Guidelines

  • The S7UDIO is a canvas for creativity. Explicit nudity or sexual content is not permitted; however, tasteful boudoir photography is welcome.

  • Adult-themed events, such as ‘Swipe-and-Meet’ gatherings, ‘Fast-Track’ dating events, or ‘Public Voice’ interviews, are not permitted.

Use of Materials

  • Confetti may be used with care but must be fully cleaned up within your booked session time. Additional cleaning charges may apply if not properly removed.

  • Glitter and powder are not permitted unless approved in advance. If you'd like to use them, please contact us prior to your session. Additional cleaning charges may apply.

  • Paint is strictly prohibited. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Setup and pack-down time must be included within your booked hours.

  • If your session runs over by more than 10 minutes, a flat $80 overtime fee will apply.

  • If additional time is required, please contact us during or before your session to check availability.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Refunds are not offered for cancellations, but studio credit is available for eligible reschedules.

  • Bookings may be rescheduled once, up to 48 hours before the original booking time.

  • Rescheduling credit is valid for 30 days from the original booking date.

  • Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your session are not eligible for credit or refund.
