Waiver of Liability

By using the S7UDIO premises and equipment, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

Participation in activities within the S7UDIO inherently involves risks, including potential physical or emotional injury, damage to personal property, or unforeseen incidents.

In consideration for being granted access to the S7UDIO, you voluntarily assume all such risks and hereby release, hold harmless, and indemnify the S7UDIO, its owners, employees, agents, and assigns from any liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from or connected with your use of the studio, including claims for personal injury or property damage, as well as any lawsuit, claim, loss, accident, judgment, fine, injury, or damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your use of the studio.

This waiver of liability and indemnification shall continue in full force and effect during and after the term of your studio usage for causes arising during your reservation.

Safety

At the S7UDIO, your safety is our priority. The studio features clearly marked emergency exits and safety equipment to ensure a secure environment. If you have any safety concerns or questions during your session, please contact our team for assistance. We’re here to make your time at the S7UDIO both productive and secure.

For security purposes, the studio is monitored by CCTV cameras. Footage may be reviewed to verify incidents and ensure the safety of all users.

All clients and attendees must drive at no more than 10 KM/H within the complex.
This is an active industrial area with frequent foot and vehicle traffic. Please drive cautiously at all times.

Limitation of Liability

The S7UDIO is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items, files, or content created during your session.

We are also not liable for technical disruptions beyond our control, such as power outages or equipment malfunctions.

Conduct

Clients and their attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while on the premises.

Abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Insurance Recommendation

For large-scale productions or commercial hires, we recommend that clients hold public liability insurance to cover any potential incidents involving their crew, talent, or equipment.

By booking or using the S7UDIO, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
